Pick a day at the end of the week to reflect on the previous seven days. This will take about 30–45 minutes.

Tuesday might be dedicated to brainstorming and planning, Wednesday could be for writing and editing, and so on. You’ll be more productive and less stressed by your work like this.

It can help you focus more intensely on each task and make it easier to schedule breaks and free time in your day. So if you’re looking for a way to increase your productivity, give batching a try.
